Con AQPf@cile 2.0 gestisci in piena autonomia le tue forniture e accedi ad alcuni dei nostri servizi commerciali nel palmo della tua mano.
N.B: Per vincoli  di sicurezza, prima del download dell’APP, è necessario impostare il PIN (codice di blocco del proprio dispositivo in uso).
Registrarsi ad AQPf@cile 2.0 è semplice! 
Se hai già un account, puoi utilizzarlo per accedere ad AQPf@cile 2.0 oppure crearne uno nuovo direttamente dall’applicazione in pochi passaggi. Potrai usare lo stesso account anche per accedere al sito www.aqpfacile.it .
Se ti profili come Impresa o Amministratore di Condominio potrai associare e gestire diverse codici clienti, se ti profili come Privato potrai associare e gestire un un codice cliente.
Ricorda di avere a portata di mano il codice cliente e il codice fiscale della fornitura, informazioni presenti in fattura. Accedi con i tuoi dati e naviga nell’area a te riservata.
 
Con un semplice click potrai:
controllare le tue fatture, i piani di rateizzazione e le eventuali comunicazioni di natura di recupero del credito
pagare le fatture
attivare/revocare la fattura on line
comunicare la lettura del contatore
controlla le letture e i consumi
 
Gestisci le tue forniture:
Tieni sotto controllo tutte le tue forniture. Associa la tua fornitura e potrai: controllare le tue fatture, pagarle e attivare il servizio di fattura on line. Con la fattura on line riceverai , via email, le tue fatture in formato digitale e potrai attivare la notifica di emissione di una nuova fattura via SMS.
Potrai in ogni momento consultare la situazione delle tue fatture e dei piani di rateizzazioni o eventuali comunicazioni di natura di recupero del credito.
Avrai la possibilità di pagare le fatture o le rate dei piani di rateizzazione come preferisci: PAGO PA , CARTA DI CREDITO e altri metodi di pagamento.
 
Tieni sotto controllo la tua spesa e i tuoi consumi.
Scopri il servizio SIMULATORE CONSUMI che ti permetterà di conoscere la stima dei costi relativi ai consumi sulla base delle tariffe vigenti nel servizio idrico integrato; consulta in ogni momento tutti i tuoi consumi attraverso il servizio di ANALISI DEI CONSUMI; comunica l’autolettura.

With AQPf @ chile 2.0 you can manage your supplies independently and access some of our commercial services in the palm of your hand.

N.B: For security reasons, before downloading the APP, it is necessary to set the PIN (lock code of your device in use).

Registering for AQPf @ chile 2.0 is simple!
If you already have an account, you can use it to access AQPf @ chile 2.0 or create a new one directly from the application in a few steps. You can also use the same account to access the website www.aqpfacile.it.
If you profile yourself as a company or condominium administrator you can associate and manage different customer codes, if you profile as a private you can associate and manage a customer code.
Remember to have the customer code and the tax code of the supply at hand, information on the invoice. Log in with your details and browse the area reserved for you.

With a simple click you can:

check your invoices, installment plans and any communications of a credit recovery nature
pay the bills
activate / cancel the invoice online
communicate the meter reading
check the readings and consumption

Manage your supplies:
Monitor all your supplies. Associate your supply and you can: check your invoices, pay them and activate the online invoice service. With the online invoice you will receive, via email, your invoices in digital format and you can activate the notification of the issue of a new invoice via SMS.
